Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne is a Hollywood actress, author and bestseller novelist. Her talents have won her international recognition. Sagittarius. Born in North Carolina, on 3rd December 1960. She is the oldest out of three children that were the children of Peter Moore Smith (a paratrooper) as well as Anne Smith, a psychologist. She's of Scottish-English descent. Moore's father moved around a lot because of his job. It was it difficult for her to meet or maintain friendships. Moore's family moved into Germany and she attended Frankfurt American High School, in which her first roles included in the stage. In 1983, she earned a BA in Fine Arts degree from Boston University. In Theater. After graduating, Moore began her off-Broadway career in New York. Her first appearance was in an episode of The Edge of Night, which aired on television in 1985. In 1986, she was given the dual roles as Sabrina Hughes, and Frannie Hughes on the show As the World Turns. It was this role that gave her an opportunity that ultimately brought her to successful career. She stayed on this show from 1988 to 1990 and was awarded an Daytime Emmy Award. In 1990, she was the first film actress to make her debut on cinema in Tales from the Darkside: The Movie that she later described as an awful low-budget movie. Short Cuts (1997) and 3 Women (1993), both Robert Altman productions, were her first films. The latter was critically acclaimed and earned her a number of nominations for the film. Moore's first leading role was as a lead actress in Safe (1995). Steven Spielberg chose Moore to portray the role of the protagonist in Jurassic Park: The Lost World. The film was among the most watched films of in the year. In 1999, she received an SAG award for her work in Magnolia. The Hours starred Moore in 2002, and was nominated for the nine Academy Awards along with Nicole Kidman. Moore also appeared in The Forgotten (2003), Freedomland (2005), Shelter (2010) and many others. Non-Stop was a show that aired in the year 2014. Moore was a regular on many films and television shows. She has a starring role in the most recent one, which was in the film When You Finish Saving the World (2022). She has made her mark as a star in Hollywood as well as being a children's author. The first novel she wrote Freckleface Strawberry was published in 2007 and became an instant bestseller in the NY Times. The book was a huge best seller, and was later made into a TV series along with a musical. The author also released My Mom is Foreigner in 2013, an autobiography in 2013. Moore has a public life as a renowned actor and a novelist. She divorced John Robin in 1995. She has two kids and a son with Bart Freundlich whom she later was married to in 2003. Moore's life is all about her friends from the family and work.
